Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Currently we use a flat rate estimate for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. In the event that the estimates are significantly different from the actual cost, we will contact the customer to confirm a change in charge. Current estimates are as follows:

Shipping Oversized Items
Some items are odd shapes or sizes or are unusually heavy for their size. These items are subject to special shipping rates. Kayak and Canoe shipping rates will be determined before shipping and will be confirmed with the customer prior to shipping. Other items will show their shipping charge in your cart. Items with special shipping rates are only shipped via ground. Current items with special shipping charges include, but are not limited to:

Delivery Times
UPS Ground delivers in 1-5 business days dependant on location (see map below), UPS 2nd Day Air delivers in 2 business days, and UPS Next Day Air delivers the next business day (typically be 10:30am).
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. UPS considers the first business day as the day they start shipping (i.e. the day after they pick it up from us)

Returns & Exchanges

Returning an Item
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are more than happy to return or exchange items in unused conditions if your order is unsatisfactory within 60 days of the purchase date. Please return shoes in the shoebox inside a shipping box. Shoes shipped only in the shoebox will be subject to a reduced refund. Please enclose your invoice and item and send to:

Exchanging an Item
Exchanges are best done by placing a new order for the item you would like and returning your unused purchased item.

Return Exceptions
For safety reasons, we do not offer returns on climbing equipment. Anything involved between the climber and the belayer to keep the climber alive is unreturnable. Would you trust your life to equipment with an unknown history?
For practicality reasons we do not accept returns after 60 days past the shipment date. Surely, two months is sufficient to decide if a product suits your needs. If, for any reason, you think your situation is a reasonable exception, please give us a call.

Price Matching
We price match any in-stock non-sale items from other companies. Just call and tell us where to find ther other company's item and we can ring your order up right there. The item has to be the exact same: same size, color, style, season, everything.

Sale Prices
We run all kinds of promotions, so if you see something on sale, go ahead and buy it! It could go off sale at any moment. If we put an item on sale right after you bought it, just give us a call and we can refund you the difference. We'll give you a 14 day leeway. So if the item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, baby that money's yours.
