High Country Paddle Shack -Sandy Springs, GA

High Country Paddle Shack Guide (Click for application)

  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customers and other park users
    Support our customers in the selection of rental equipment
  • Provide briefs to customers on basics of safety, weather, navigation, and equipment use
  • Ensure that all rental equipment is clean and safe to use
  • Have a CPR certification or be willing to attain one
  • 15-40 hours per week. Must be available on weekends and holidays
  • A passion for the outdoor lifestyle is a must!

High Country Paddle Shack Assistant Manager (Click for application)

  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customers and other park users
  • Grow customer relationships and the outdoor lifestyle in the community
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customers and other park users
  • Support our customers in the selection of rental equipment

High Country Outfitters – Downtown Athens, GA

High Country Store Manager (Click for application) – We are actively searching for a new manager to join the High Country Family! Prior sales and/or management experience is not required, but highly recommended for applicants.

  • Provide a high level of customer service on and off of our retail sales floor
  • recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • managing budgets
  • maintaining statistical and financial records
  • overseeing pricing and inventory control
  • maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
